Yonedai, the name of the river, is Daiginjo, sake brewed rice is 100% Yamada Nishiki, and the rice polishing rate is slightly higher at 50%. Unfortunately, it is not pure rice. Why did I buy pure rice and / or Ginjo (Ginjo) because it was cheap. There seems to be many such patterns in the warehouse of this prefecture.

I've never been there, but I want to buy it at a nearby supermarket, and it's quite delicious, but it's cheaper than Kita-Akita. Cloudy sake is also cheap and delicious

Daiginjo Kitaakita is a sake brewery in Odate. It tasted like Odate. Akita's sake is mellow.
