One of the few gyms that offers personal training both in Japanese and English. Noda Sensei graduated from the most prestigious university in Japan and not only provided me with a training program that fits perfectly my body but he also taught me how to conduct a healthier life style, explaining in detail what to avoid to eat and drink. Also, the gym is always clean and easily accessible. Highly recommended!

It was the second time I received NODAPAI's lecture and practice. It was impressive that the teaching method was dramatically easier to understand than it was about 9 months ago. Method is NODAPAI's original. It teaches you what health is about scientific muscle training, stretching, nutrition and diet based on overwhelming learning. There are many papers and magazine cutouts in the room, and it's easy to see that he has a wide range of health studies. Recommended people: People who love studying and are hungry for knowledge and want to be healthy, people who want to be healthy nerds or nerds A little person: A person who cannot make an effort by himself, a person who dislikes studying, a person who wants to solve things with only money The reason I set foot on him was that I went to the gym many times, but all the trainers had superficial knowledge and the theory couldn't be upgraded from the knowledge I learned in textbooks and vocational schools. I was thinking, and I heard him talk when I wasn't satisfied with my knowledge. Like many of the University of Tokyo I know, he's a weird person, but he pours down like a shower with undressed words that make sense. My head is already saturated so much that it feels good. Without being able to organize, something good is falling on the body one after another based on a scientific point of view. I would like to go 120 minutes once a month if I am nearby. His passion for health is so intense that it takes a month to chew and digest by himself, even for only 120 minutes. Also, please let me know.

NODAPAI GYMは、痩せる、筋肉量を増やす目的だけでなく、自分で自分の体を調えるという本当の意味で健康を維持することを教えてくれる貴重な場所です。運動だけでなく、食事面をどのようにしていくべきか、なども教えてもらえるので、勉強になります。

You can learn diet and training logically and systematically. I was very angry because the fragmentary knowledge I had so far combined into one, why I lose weight, why I gain weight, what I should eat and what I should not eat. I think it's good to receive continuous training / dietary guidance, and first of all, I think it's good to take a lecture to face your body. Mr. Noda, a trainer, felt that he was actively supporting the autonomy of the students as a stance. I don't think the one-time tuition is cheaper than the market price, but as a result, I think it was more profitable than a personal gym that wouldn't last if you didn't keep going frequently.
