Because it is near the station, it is used for the work end on Chiyoda Line and the waiting time until a meeting. I feel it is a very convenient location. It doesn't feel so wide, but I think it's an easy-to-focus environment. The smell of the changing room may be a bit imaginable, but since there is a deodorant spray, the staff also feels conscious.

It goes from the open. It is easy to pass in front of the station. You can go to the gym with little umbrella on a rainy day without an umbrella. Weekday night is crowded but it is easy to train from morning till evening. Sometimes it is crowded from daytime on Saturdays and Sundays. Personal training and pressurized training will also respond if you reserve. The staff responds kindly and I think that the sense of distance with the members is just right.
