I should have listened to reviews here and go to a different place. I needed some eye drops to help me with a mild eye infection I sometimes get from wearing contacts. By using dictionary I tried telling what I needed and not the dry eyes -products. This middle aged man just kept talking nonstop Japanese and pointing different products in fast pace. I couldn't understand a word so I said very politely "Sumimasen, wakarimasen" ("I'm sorry I cannot understand"), and he nearly exploded (!) in front of the other customers and started yelling incomprehensible things and something about go to hospital and refused to help me anymore! Most humiliating experience!! Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that at the point of me staring dumbfounded at the rude pharmacist yelling in Japanese a young lady jumped in and got me the product I needed and my eye got better. Avoid this place like the plague, or request the female employees. Unbelievable behavior

I will buy things that are not sold to Seijo on Kagurazaka Sakagami here. I'm looking forward to winning discount services in the app games. Originally it was McDonald's, but when Matsukiyo is made, it will come in handy.
