The female store clerk seemed uncomfortable and in a bad mood, probably due to the time when the shop closed on weekdays (about an hour ago) and when there were no other customers with three small children. When I asked, “I would like to get a travel estimate,” I was coldly told, “I can do it on the internet, it ’s the same.” I retired from the store. From now on, I would like to quote and purchase online.

Long waiting time! ️ Even for the same product, the explanation is completely different depending on the clerk, so I would like you to respond to familiar and detailed people. It's a waste of time I could book a bus, but I was told to book it myself. I was able to make a reservation when I confirmed by phone the next day.
