The stylish Japanese space that Tochigi does not have was wonderful! I had a matcha parfait and it looked nice and delicious! The staff feels good and I want to go again!

It is a cafe next to a kimono shop. It is a clean and comfortable space. Coffee, tea, and desserts are all offered at a reasonable price.
