I am awfully mad right now because I spent 10 minutes at the cashier counter tried to explain to the Chinese staff about the ALLIE Highlight sunblock I particularly wanted to buy, while she and her Japanese staff tried to hard sell me another brand, which was Submedict sunblock. Yet, I made it very clear that I wanted the ALLIE Highlight sunblock. So evetually the Chinese staff said yes, and packed up two bottles of the ALLIE sunblock. In case you don't know, if you get tax reduction with your purchse In Japan, you can't open the sealed tax free bag until you leave Japan. That's what I did, make sure I do not open the bag until I get out of the country. Now that I am out of Japan, and found out that the sunblock the Chinese staff gave me was another series in the same brand. You know how mad I am???? I made it CLEAR that I wanted ALLIE HIGHLIGHT sunblock!!! So I made an international call to Kinshicho Matsumoto Kiyoshi and talked to the Chinese staff and she said they were out of stock. The question is, why didn't you tell me before I paid? That is just sneaky, dishonest, and unacceptable!!!! And my phone got hung up while I was still talking with the Chinese staff!!! Some of you might wonder, why didn't I just grab the sunblock myself? Well, the store only put samples on the rack with empty boxes. Therefore, customers have to ask for the real products at the cashier counter, which is exactly what I did. Yet, I got freaking tricked by the staff and ended up paying for something that I did not want to buy at the first place. It is unethical to do business this way. Is integrity too much to ask for? It's just two bottles of sunblock. You really did not have to lie and replaced the customer's wanting with other products.It is just sad...

I use a dispensing pharmacy. Is it a pharmacist? Receptionist? I feel bad. At one time, I was repeatedly asked, "Why my blood pressure doesn't drop?" It is a heart disease medicine. "Is it bad?" Yesterday, I was asked about a medicine notebook, and when I answered that I was using the company's app, she asked, "Are you connected to a computer?" I don't understand Japanese. In short, you wanted to ask if they were linked, but what if I wanted to be able to understand that? I used it for points and medicine notebook application, but I think I will change the pharmacy next time.

At nights and weekends, the cash register is crowded, but the clerk will guide you properly, so the accounting is smooth.

The pharmacists on this prescription have a palliative rule that they will not give you a seal if you forget your medicine notebook. Is there no ethics dealing with drugs?
