Happened to be in the area due to a business trip, and thought I’d check to see if they had any Japan-specific BMW merchandise that would go nicely with my new 2020 BMW Z4 M40i. The sales person that met me defied the laws of physics. Somehow, even though I am physically significantly taller than she, she was able to peer down at me from an inestimable height. Seems like a car company that struggles with quality, when compared to Japanese makers, might want to engender good feelings in their potential customers. My dealer in Houston makes me feel special, not inferior. They welcome me to the roundel family...but this place makes you feel like you are meeting your potential in-laws (of which you can never be worthy of their progeny).

Dropped by the dealer to inquire about a couple of vehicles that I was interested in.
The salesperson that I worked with was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable about their product lineup in regards to trims, packages, and was very enthusiastic and attentive. Always good to work with salespeople who actually enjoy cars and don't consider them to be just appliances to get from point A to point B.
Was provided with a brochure, price list as well as general idea in regards to allocations and ETA estimates for a vehicle to be ordered from the dealership.
Would consider going through the dealer to purchase a BMW in Osaka in the future. (My delivery target was closer to 3 months when I dropped by the dealership last year since I didn't currently own a vehicle in Osaka)
Quite familiar with BMW products since I have owned several M cars back in the US, and my relatives currently own several BMW cars as well.
