Kura Pharmacy

I bought a prescription, it was my first time so I waited for medicine after writing something like a medical questionnaire. When I go to pick up my name by name, there is no way to use medicine and no attention point. I do not know exactly what medicine to use, when and how much I use it. I was writing a thing like a questionnaire former before and I should understand it for the first time. I did not know anything, so I asked how to use it, but I was not explained after all because it was handled by the attitude of saying what. I am now using medicine "Somehow like this?" Is it a pharmacy just for taking medicine in prescription? What is a pharmacist for?
