Don`t recommend Tokyo Dome for concerts as the place is sooo huge that the musicians look incredibly tiny and monitors are incredibly small. BUT! For sports like baseball or football is just right. Remember you are allowed to bring in two 500ml cans of alcohol! We usually sneak in more using backpacks... I suggest AER backpack with the hidden shoe compartment on the bottom to bypass the security checks. Beers from the university bar girls can run near 1,000 yen.

Very well managed during corona. Temperature checks, insisting masks every where. There was sanitisation after every ride. For less than 3 years old, we tried the Big O and carousel and toddler enjoyed them. Rest of them were meant for older kids.

Easily on of my favourite stadiums in the world. There's just something about the place that feels prestigious. Especially when New Japan Pro Wrestling is Hosting Wrestle Kingdom there on January 4th.

Crummy place to see a concert, with bad sound and poor ventilation. It used to be possible, however, to get very cheap ticket from the scalpers outside if you waited until the headlining act went on the stage: I saw, for example, Guns 'n' Roses in their heyday from the fifth row for about ¥2000. Still, the sterile atmosphere means that neither concerts nor baseball games are pleasant.

Great time! Well air-conditioned and clean.
