I do not see pedestrians or bicycles. In particular, there are many cases where the stop sign is ignored when leaving the parking lot. There are many unreasonable right turns. It's hard to say, but in a nutshell, it's bad. As long as the police are incompetent, it is hopeless that the rules and manners of cars will be enforced. Bicycle riders and pedestrians should think that the driver of the car is not the same person.
