I started personal training from April due to my backache and the purpose for losing weight. I think it's working for me to do some muscle training and to follow the diet that the dietitian recommends. Sometimes..maybe always the training is too hard so that I am complaining to my trainer about it, but he does not stop encouraging me even thought he may feel stressed about me. Now I lost around 8kg amazingly. In addition, my back pain has been getting better compared to before. Thanks for my trainer and dietitian. I believe that everyone can reach the goal that they decide because of the support of the trainers regardless of the age. It was really nice to choose Change Fit!

As with other reviews, I think the greetings are always bright and pleasant. I could not choose the trainer to be in charge, so it was decided automatically. It would be fine if all the trainers provided the same level of support, but To be honest, there are differences depending on the trainer. I also had friends, and the trainer in charge was different from my friends, so I was able to know that there was a difference. It may sound bad, but my charge was lost. The price is not cheap, so if there is such a difference, motivation will decrease. I'm sorry.
