Very convenient right next to the exit of Kiba Station. There is also a bicycle parking lot, which is helpful.

I have moved to Kiba! I wanted to go to a training gym in Tokyo and was looking for it! I have been avoiding the gym because it closes at 20:00, but I decided to take the plunge because it was open 24 hours a day and open late! We started by promptly joining the women at the reception, but it was really beautiful and I was surprised to find a lot of equipment! ! I wanted to give you guidance on how to use the upper body muscles, so it seems that you can immerse yourself in muscle training! ! It's been a few months since I started to go, but I have regular friends and I'm having fun every day. Very good and satisfied as a fitness gym! It is recommended for those who are looking for a place where you can do personal training at a gym!

I go to various stores, but the feeling of cleanliness is not enough. The trash can in the shower room is always full of trash. Air fresheners are also required throughout the store. Free weight zone has 2 power racks, 1 Smith machine, 2 benches.
