They have an English speaking staff which is what you need when you want to explain how you want to have your hair done. Also, they have a membership, which if you take, reduces your bill a bit. But overall it’s expensive unlike chains like QB House. Generally waiting times are no longer than 15 minutes.

Very bad service. Dropped the hair clipper on the floor then pick it up to clip it on my head. Accidently use to much force when combing my hair and the comb scratch my skin very painfully. The hair dresser continue on like it has never happened. Then why drying my hair, he, again, accidently hit my head with the hair dryer. A “bang” sound can be heard clearly but then again he continued like nothing happened.

I asked a male hairdresser to do the cutting, and the result was more ideal than I had expected, so I'm glad I went! I made a member card immediately, so I will repeat this next month!
