The parking lot is on the right as you pass by the Taiko Bridge in front of the shrine and enter the precincts. Basically, we are excluding New Year holidays, but on the other hand, regular cars can no longer be used here. Mataya stalls line the approach, so Temporary toll parking lots will be available around New Year so please go there. Also, the car that receives the shrine will not be here, but will enter the shrine at the back of the main shrine (from the west side of the shrine) to the front of the shrine and receive the shrine there.
