Toyota Rent A Car Fukuoka Airport Car Return

Very reliable and relatively new car with polite and excellent service ! When arrived at the international airport, had to register at the Toyota-rent-a-car counter in the arrival hall . Then there would be a free complimentary van taking you and your luggage to pick up the car at the office/car yard ( 1-2 minutes away) .

My international flight arrived late, and the international terminal store was closed, so I have to take a free shuttle to another terminal and walk across street to come to this store. Somewhat easy to find. The sales agent that served me only knew very basic English (probably because this primarily serves domestic terminal.) Don't expect him to get you another car type without some "picture pointing" help. Don't expect him to explain insurance. Otherwise, it serves the purpose. The checkout process was quite speedy if you don't have any questions.

There was lost goods Bluetooth earphone in the returned car when return 2ton truck at this Toyota branch in Jan.’2020. I live in Bangkok, then their cute lady officer could not contacted to me, this month Feb.’2020 come to Fukuoka again, today 2029-02-28 I’ve return another car, she kindly provided to me my lost Bluetooth earphone, very surprised as I could not expected. This is very very nice behavior, I love this Toyota branch with cute lady’s kindly service. Thank you so much !!!
