Refused to open a new account, because of being a foreigner. Spent twenty minutes making up excuses and new rules... anything to refuse new business. Unbelievable!

The parking lot is almost full whenever you go. Stop at the coin parking a little away and the inside of the store is rattled! I don't know what it is. The building is old and dark and unfriendly for a bank. In the past, there was waiting time, so going to the bank was a chore, but now it's good that you can do your business quickly without waiting. However, I can't withdraw at an ATM. And many others. I guess banks will be in the age of the Internet. Is it just financing for self-employed people? Mortgages can also be made at internet banks. . . good luck!

I do not want to go again. I do not want to put on one star. The guidance for women in the information desk is too messy. When I opened the second account, I asked about the address of a person's house in detail. Only answers that are not relevant to questions. I visited for two days, but I was told at the window that I could wait for 1 hour and finally I could make only 1 account per person because the TV window was not open on the internet. What was the time spent this time, the meaning of having the information desk is not complete. Only time was wasted and I was forced to do very wasteful things.

On Saturdays and Sundays, ATMs are still in operation, but parking is closed. It is impossible to close only the parking lot. If you come on a Saturday or Sunday, stop at the nearby Nagoya Bank or walk on the road Is it chari if close? Even Chari must be parked on the road ...
