The clerk's attitude and response are bad. Especially the person who seems to be a store manager is the worst. Anyway, this is a bad shop. There are many types and numbers of tortoises, so please challenge if you are prepared to feel unpleasant. I will never go again. I don't feel like buying a living thing in a store that doesn't feel sincerity towards customers.
