As a Japanese confectionery store has changed to a Western confectionery store, I still make sweets using Japanese and Western eclectic. The cakes are made with fresh cream as a pillar, and the sweetness is somewhat modest. Strawberries, mandarin oranges, and blueberries are highly purchased from local farmers and are used as store sign products. Although it is not a high-class store, it is popular with neighboring residents because you can easily order a set of legal offerings and New Year's pots.
