I must tourist attraction if your In Tsukuba. Some of the climbs are not for kids or pregnant women so take care. The cable car rides are fun.

This parking lot provides access to the roapway and the hiking track. You can enjoy a great view down the mountain and a nice meal. Aside from that the parking costs are a little bit high, since there are no alternatives.

I went mountain climbing for the first time in more than 40 years on Sunday in late October. Around 10:30, there was a traffic jam in the car entering the Tsuzujigaoka parking lot! It was the atmosphere of the Showa era as usual, but I managed to climb it, but it was a traffic jam 200 meters away from the Nyotaiyama Shrine 💦 It took more than an hour from there, but everyone was taking pictures, so I wonder if that was the effect ... The return was quick on the ropeway!

I visited on Saturday in late October. It is open 24 hours a day. Nearly 20 cars have already been parked at 7:00 AM. When I returned to the parking lot at 13:00, there was a traffic jam with a car waiting to park, and there was a traffic jam several hundred meters below. When I asked the staff at the parking lot, it was full from around 11:00 AM. We recommend that you go early.
