An extraordinary space that embraces a museum with a novel shape on a vast site. The museum is located up a slope from the entrance of the site, and if you are healthy, walk from the parking lot on the side of the entrance (if you are not confident in your physical strength, there is a parking space for 8 cars on the side of the museum, so please go there. !). The museum has a thatched-roof structure and an atmosphere reminiscent of a Western European castle, and you can enter by taking off your shoes at the entrance. The price is very reasonable at 310 yen for adults (in the case of regular exhibition). The walls of the building are white, and the various landscapes of India that Fuku Akino was particular about shine well, and I was caught in the feeling of time slipping into the work for a moment. * How do you enter the outdoor tea room when it is used?

I knew it existed for a long time, but I visited it for the first time. I hadn't been to the museum so much, so I wasn't really interested in it, but the atmosphere was good and I was able to take a closer look at the work in a calm atmosphere. It seems that the exhibits will change in the near future, so I would like to see them again.

This museum houses the works of Japanese-style painter Fuku Akino from Hamamatsu City (formerly Futamata-cho, Iwata-gun). The exterior of the building is fashionable, but it's a strange museum where you can take off your shoes to see it. If you go by car, the Hamamatsu Hamakita Interchange on the Shin Tomei Expressway is the closest. By train, it's about a 15-minute walk from Tenryu-Futamata Station on the Tenryu Hamanako Railway.
