Oriental Lounge

We had a most wonderful experience at Mandarin Oriental. Cakes were extraordinary, nibbles so rich and savory, clotted cream just perfect. We tried lots of kinds of tea, and towards the end I went for coffee instead, and was blown away by its quality. Restroom was breathtaking. Truly unforgettable view. Would definitely come back again!

Very nice to relax and enjoy a quiet drink. The staff are mostly bilingual which is to be expected in an International Hotel. I order a sazerac cocktail and the price was around 3000 yen + tax + service charge. I was sat in a very cozy chair with a clear view of the Tokyo skyline. The service was impeccable and there was always a staff in waiting for me if I had any questions or requests. I would highly recommend this bar if you are looking for a place to catch-up with someone and have a nice chat.

The staff is so friendly and amazingly skilled! Thank you for an amazing breakfast. The poached egg was a bit too heavy, less sauce would’ve been great, otherwise just perfect.

Some staff were nice. Others were not very nice. The food was really good. I don't think I would come back again tho. They shut down the curtain so I couldn't see the view while I was enjoying the food. Sad 🥺

The afternoon tea sets are always good. Great view in the dining area but the best view is actually from the bathroom. The teas set is around 6500 yen on the weekends and comes with unlimited tea.
