One of the newest spots in Tokyo. Very 21st century like world where everything is almost virtual. Half of the visitors were girls but I am sure this could be enjoyed regardless of gender and age. They have announcements in English and Chinese and is quite friendly to foreigners. There are places where you have to go through the water so I do not recommend girls wearing stockings. They have mirrors everywhere, even from underneath so it’s not best to wear skirts. It’s a little far out from the main city of Tokyo but worth taking that leap to experience this magical, sparkling world.

wow, this was such an amazing and fascinating experience. It really activates most your senses - it was really such a great time! The aesthetics were beautiful, from the beginning to the end! Very highly recommend

TeamLabs is a brilliant and beautiful sensory/visual experience. Especially the rooms with water/lighting effects are so beautiful it's breathtaking. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Tokyo. Bring a great camera to take some lovely photos, but photos can't do some of the visuals justice!

Kinda disappointed, after waiting 45 minutes beyond our ticketed time to get inside (our reserved time was from 6:30 until 7:30, but didn't get in until 7:15. If you are afraid of dark places, don't go here. You walk down a path of dark hallways, into different rooms, like a maze. The exits in the rooms aren't marked, so you have to ask staff. The ticketing machines are in Japanese only. Definitely not worth the 3,500 yen, and waiting time to get in.

I think I made the mistake of going to Borderless first so I was expecting Planets to be a similar size. It’s quite a bit smaller, but I found the rooms to be more impressive! The final room is beautiful and I enjoyed walking around bare foot. It is pricey and we were only here for an hour, but I think it’s worth it for the experience. I’m giving 4 stars because I think TeamLab should offer a combo ticket for a lower price. By the time you’ve seen both venues you’ve spent almost 7000 yen which is almost the same price as Universal Studios in Osaka.
