In a place called Funo Kudo, the tunnel looks like a brick. Since the inside of the tunnel is protected so that it does not collapse, you cannot see the remnants of the old days, but it is still a place that is still used by locals.

*This is a comment on the Shinfuno tunnel, which is a new road. In the area where No. 439 and No. 438, which are known as "bad roads" overlap, the bypass was completed in this section where road conditions were not so good as usual. Like the old road, the tunnel runs through the borders of the towns and villages. The peak of the bypass section is in front of the tunnel on the Kamiyama-cho side, and after entering the tunnel, a unilateral downward slope continues toward Sanagawauchi village.
