Would rate this place a 1 but then again I didn’t get to climb there so won’t take my rage out on them and will only give an assessment on the details from my experience. The access is pretty bad and it’s far from Shinagawa train station. As a long time climber I decided to go climb here after work on one of the few evenings I have here in Tokyo. I walked here from the train station in poring rain and after 35min of walking I get there and they tell me that they do not accept card (bite bring lots of cash). Then I tell them I have cash and they start making up all these unnecessary fees that add up to 3,500+¥. Not sure why anyone would ever pay so much for a mediocre Climbing gym day pass so far from everything and with such attitude. Why do I need a registration to boulder for a 1 day pass? I’ve climbed in gyms all over the world and never had this experience. Me only having 3000¥ in cash they don’t let me in. I mean cmon you could have let me slide or asked me to pay it differently. So here I am not being able to climb having to walk back and travel back to my hotel for another hour in the rain. Thanks guys! Climbing should be an accessible international sport and Japan is known for good Climbing/climbers and will even be hosting Climbing as a first time discipline in the 2020 olympics so common why not behave like a world class level gym and represent our community... won’t come back here again.

The location is a little remote but it's one of the biggest gyms in Tokyo so plenty of space to climb. Also, there's free tea and coffee though I often opt for a hot drink from the Lawsons next door.

Very nice bouldering gym with a good range of difficulty.
