Excellent breads! The baker really puts his heart and soul in his baking!

Everything is delicious, but I especially like the hard type rustic. The dough is firm and really delicious. The ingredients are also thoroughly kneaded. There are various kinds of ingredients, but they are all wonderfully selected and combined. I was particularly addicted to the rustic sea. Is the combination of bread and seaweed so delicious? And moved. It's a bit difficult to go to buy when the product lineup is good, but I want to go back again.

The bread here allows you to enjoy the store manager's commitment to the ingredients. Once you've decided what you're looking for, it's a good idea to make a reservation next time. Everyone seems to go to the time to bake, and the small shops may be crowded and you may miss the purchase.

There are various kinds of hard bread, sweet bread, cooked bread, etc. using flour from Tokachi, Hokkaido. Curry bread and sandwiches are also popular.
