This is a cool place to take a walk through. There are a lot of features, including an observation deck, recreational center/pool, and playground. It's also a popular spot for cherry blossom viewing during that season. The layout is also really neat because it wraps around Keikyu Gumyoji Station so you can enter the park on one end, walk the park's paths, and exit on the opposite side of the station. I do have some warnings about the park though! One is to watch out for bugs, especially during the hot summer months. They swarm and get everywhere! I accidentally walked into an ant colony as well which was not a good time. Second thing is to be careful of when you visit! I walked in on a high school couple (in uniform) having intercourse on the very top of the observation deck... Seems to be a popular place for that kind of thing, and empty alcohol containers suggest it's a popular nighttime hangout as well. Still a great park though!

A nice, secluded spot in Yokohama. A bit away from the beaten track. There's a free Observatory Tower, from the top of which, they say, you can see faraway Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Well, it was a bit overcast today, so.... Anyway, the rest of the park was not that good. People ( foreign tourists?) are leaving their trash behind. I wish they wouldn't do that here.

There's a platform from which you can see Mount Fuji on a clear day! It doesn't take much to get up there from the station. There's drinking water, too.
