Great and very clean facilities, and kindly attending staffs
I used to go there. Due to the slingshot underneath, the inside of the building always smells like cigarettes.
There are two types of saunas, which are substantial, but it is very disappointing that there is no water bath. There is no ordinary bath.
It's a pity that the members are not very popular. Some people occupy the same equipment for a long time. I started chatting with the staff, so when I thought it was over and decided to use it, I was told that I was still using it. Staff who do not pay attention to it.
Yoga teachers are very good, so I recommend it if you just want to do that.
The interior is very clean with a high ceiling and openness.
The quality of the yoga teacher is so good that I am very healed and refreshed. All the teachers are wonderful. There is also a program where you can take yoga with your baby, which is a very nice environment for mothers raising children.
I use it at night, but since there aren't many people, the machine is free and it's easy to use.
As others say, there is a problem with the trainer. I talked with the person in charge on the spot, so I won't go into details.
Especially for young women, you should be a little more careful about private and sensitive stories. I have seen an insensitive male trainer.
The facility is spacious and very beautiful, and has a feeling of opening like a little super public bath.
There are buses out and neighbors will be easy to go, so I'm sorry because I was one of them.
