For foreigners, this place is amazing! Very low level of English, but we walked in with app translator and asked for what they recommend. Drinks are about ¥550 for a decent shot, we didn't try the food but it seems to be nibbles like nuts and crackers. Standing tables only, free water 👍🥰

If you are traveling with 1 to 3 people, this is one of the best restaurants in Matsumoto city, so I definitely want you to go there. It's a small shop, so it's impossible for a large number of people. Considering the size of the city, Matsumoto City has many good bars and restaurants, so when people who visit for mountaineering or sightseeing ask about recommended restaurants, they may be wondering which one to introduce. Among the restaurants in Matsumoto City, I think this is the best restaurant for a standing bar. The quiet and calm atmosphere of a mountain lodge is like an adult standing bar. The atmosphere of the store stands out when there is a fluttering flame light of an oil stove placed in winter. It may be because the liquor store opens a part of the store as a standing bar, but from high-class whiskey that people who understand the taste such as Yamazaki and Hibiki like, gin and tonic using premium malt's and beefeater with a glass of 250 yen. In addition, there is a wide range of sake that covers regular local beer, sake, and wine. It should be a store that you want to introduce to people. Please go by all means.

It's a stand bar, so it's cheap and I have a lot of sake I want to drink, so I want to come back again!
