Hakari-ya

キッシュのお店に行ってみました。遊佐農場の野菜を使ったキッシュをランチプレートで食べて、ピーナツかぼちゃ、カニクリーム、牛ひき肉のキッシュをお土産で買いました。野菜のキッシュは、ゴロゴロとたくさん野菜が入っていて、それぞれの野菜が美味しかったけれど、多分牛蒡だと思うのですが、柔らかくて甘くて牛蒡こんなに美味しいのかと思いました。ピーナツかぼちゃは、残念ながら味がしません。カニクリームはトロフワですが、味は好みが別れるかな…キッシュの生地はトロふわで美味しいと思います。一緒に付いてきた前菜で良かったのがカリフラワーと海老のマスタードあえ。マスタードが主張し過ぎず、ちょっと混ぜてある赤い香辛料が味をまとめていて、これ良いなと思いました。ただちゃぶ台に座布団というスタイルなので、ずっと座っているのがきついです。背もたれのある椅子が欲しかった。ちゃぶ台自体も低いので、食べづらく、足が痛くなりました。見た目のレトロ感だけで無く、ちょっと配慮が欲しかった。

I visited a pesticide-free vegetable shop in the back of the site. Pesticide-free radish! It's delicious enough to be understood even with miso soup! It was a fragrant vegetable. The atmosphere of other shops seems to be very good, so I would like to visit again.

The former Ono Residence Scaleya is a mansion that has been staring at the town of Koshigaya for about 120 years since 1883. In the spring of 2018, the old folk house restaurant was reborn as "Hakariya", an old folk house complex with discerning shops and restaurants. It seems to be proud of its dishes using pesticide-free vegetables.

Visited to go to modest in Mr. Scaleya. This is the second modest. Anyway, the food was delicious, and the pairing of bread and drink was truly delicious as a full-course meal. I want to make it a regular restaurant.

A nicely renovated facility. I'd like to purchase a quiche at the store I'm in, but this is my second holiday. July is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That's too bad. I will try again tomorrow.
