It was by far the worst medical service I've had in my life. I've never written a review before, but this time I had to hit this disappointment and regret somewhere. The bad points of this clinic that I felt after going to the hospital several times are as follows. ・ Waiting time is unusually long It's obvious that there isn't enough manpower, but even though I have made a reservation, I have to wait about 30 minutes on average. Isn't it unusual that there is such a waiting time even though the number of patients is small? ・ Director Anyway, the words and actions during treatment hinder the rash. The attitude of being close to the patient is not fine, and what I feel is the arrogant and unpleasant attitude of "Don't say it hurts because you neglected to care for your teeth." Of course, I cannot deny my lack of health management, and since I am in a position to cure it, I should not have such feelings. However, in fact, an incredible service was provided at this hospital, and as a patient, I enjoyed this service, and I actually had such feelings. In particular ・ Do not specify what kind of treatment will be given in advance ・ Always command tone ・ Why is it sharp (maybe it's just that kind of wording) ・ During treatment, you may give suspicious words such as "I'm sorry" or "Ginger", or you may repeatedly hit your tongue. ・ Provocative words and actions such as "Is it your responsibility?" ・ The feeling of caring for others, which is essential for healthcare professionals, is lacking. As a dentist, I couldn't help but feel sad as I passed through my anger. Even the evaluation of one star is overestimated. In the first place, it is less than one star as a human being. (There are individual differences) In other words, the director is "abnormal." That's all there is to it if you say "it's a personality, so it can't be helped", but for me, he's a rare doctor who treats me most inappropriately as a healthcare professional.
