One of my favorite bakeries in Hamamatsu. It has a gentle taste without the peculiar habit of bread using natural yeast. The branded bread with a cute store name was moist and chewy, but with a soft texture, I was impressed when I first ate it! I especially like it. It was also popular with parents who are not very good at natural yeast bread. However, please note that the baking time depends on the environment at that time, and the wide selection is from 10:30 to 11:00. In addition to the particular bread, the Madame who welcomes you is also very pleasant. It's 4 stars because it's expensive for everyday use. When you drive, there is a parking lot in front of the shop where you can park a few cars.

浜松では数少ない独自の天然酵母を使ったパンはどれも強いこだわりを感じます。地元の食材を使った惣菜パンやハード系のものも、パン好きにはたまらないです。 ハチミツを練り込んだ食パンとトーストテンポをよく買います。子供はベニエが大好きです。

It may be delicious, but I was more worried about customer service. There were three men when I went there, and they talked about various breads and waited for a cash register. I was shooting. How about hygiene? Was it an interview? Then, the impression was that coverage is more important than customers.
