やはり、固いっ！高齢者に勧めません。I should have listened to former reviews. It was truly hard to eat after all. The taste was okay but, unless you are hungry enough to swallow things whole, dining here could be a terrible experience given how the beef can be difficult to chew. If this was a cheap place that could be overlooked but this place here costs money.
Ordered the wagyu katsu and it was very hard. Not biteable. Not worth the price. Motomura is much better.
Tried this shop in Kyoto and find it good, but this time round in Osaka Namba, there is too many dried rice in the bowl, can’t handle the rice properly till it serve the fried ones with the fresh ones
Delicious.. the space is quite big
Went to this place as the highly recommended Motomura Gyu-katsu right beside had a ridiculously long queue. There is a detailed English menu in this shop.
I was quite surprised by the quality of the beef! Absolutely delicious medium rare beef katsu.
The place serves free barely tea and all the sets come with unlimited servings of barley rice, shredded cabbage and miso soup.
A great alternative to Motomura if you can't wait.
