After having repaired high-heeled shoes, "I should have noticed it at first, but the life has been shortened so that it will be broken soon even after repairing", I got a full refund . It seems that it is not the stance of Mr. Minit to correct the shoes whose lifespan is near and take money. I think that I will buy a new item and use it again if it breaks.
