Had a bad experience for so many times. We keep on coming back because we have a keep bottle but everytime we came back service was so bad. They served the nabe cold. They serve the salad lastly with the bacon burned and egg overcooked that supposed to be half cooked just like what is written on the menu. There must be something wrong with the tencho( seems like he is not in the mood to work). I think he needs to be train on costumer service.We just returned the salad and finish our keeped bottle. We're not going back anymore.!👎

.. I don't have any particular impression of customer service, but I haven't had the unpleasant feeling of a typical izakaya, so I think it's normal. The delivery speed is also good. Generally, it's relatively cheap and delicious, but the only thing that is avoided is that the fried glove, which is the restaurant's signature menu, is not delicious. I am satisfied with the dishes other than the signboard.

Delicious fried chicken, fragrant ale was cheap, the store is large, highball feels a little subtle, Sobudai has few izakaya, so this may be good

Glove grilled was served in raw meat. Maybe it was crowded that day, but it's the worst.
