I lost my bag and all I had was my wallet and smartphone in my pocket. I had no friends or people in my neighborhood to call and asked to open the lock. I was able to unlock it in about 5 minutes, and I had a spare key in the house so it was nice. (By the way, the bag was safely found after that) I was relieved to see the kind worker's smile a little while I was frustrated and anxious. I think it was great that I was able to take a break at home at that time in order to secure peace of mind. I'm grateful to have been accepted for 24 hours.
