The problem is the attitude of a large clerk. I told the elderly customers who didn't understand how to operate the inflator and listened carefully, not to understand, but to teach them. Don't pull that way. Looking from the top, he said that if he asked any questions, he wouldn't be able to do it. It seems that this clerk is not really aware that he is making people feel unpleasant. It's a pity that the staff who had been there until last year changed because they had a good reputation. I lost the desire to buy a new bicycle and left early. I bought it at a nearby Theo Cycle. Bicycles are the same no matter where you buy them, so it's important to have an impression when you buy them, polite customer service, and warm communication with local residents. It seems that the basics of such business are not understood. Never go again

Since I lived in my neighborhood for several years, I was asked to inflate the air and change the basket while shopping. My husband also bought a bike that was reasonably priced. The always-friendly store clerk asked me, "Would you like to add some air?", So it made a lasting impression, and I was always favoring bicycles if anything was needed. However, this time the store manager who responded for the first time felt really uncomfortable and was really surprised. I'm not very familiar with bicycles, so when I asked, "Can I do OO?" It took only 1-2 minutes to exchange, but it's still good! However, it was annoying to even leave the store for a moment. The wording is polite, but the attitude was intimidating from the beginning, and when I was looking at the product while having my bicycle fixed, I was treating another customer as it was. Therefore, I had another employee deal with me, but I couldn't say that the clerk was feeling good, and the store manager couldn't say anything when he left the store. I became very uncomfortable with the attitude that I could not say that it was a hospitality business, but I think that this shop is out of order because there are several employees who have been kind to me until now.
