It was a very kind and polite customer service. 5 stars I was evaluating it, but ... I will change it in December. I went to change the oil in November 2nd year of Reiwa. I bought it 5 years ago and it was free for a long time. "Oil change is forever free". However, suddenly five years later, "Your car is a diesel car, so it costs money. I have been invited to an automobile inspection from before, but I refused because the branch office was in Nishinomiya City and my home was in Osaka Prefecture, and there was no dolly. Oh, that's why… But is there a sudden charge? Because it's a non-profitable customer? It cost me nearly 5,000 yen. Isn't it strange? The salesman at the time of purchase no longer has that branch and no proof to say, that is, this customer is a customer who will not lose money and will not come anymore! It is that. Also, since the evaluation was asked to "give 5 stars", I think it is better to purchase it after fully understanding it.

The male staff who repaired it from the female receptionist is very polite. As for cars, I don't know anything at all, so I'm grateful that you answered politely in that area as well. Because of my work, I have to go to the oil change every month, so I use it every month!

Person in charge: Mr. Maekawa: It's been half a year since I bought the car, but when I go to the shop for regular inspections and oil changes, he always comes to greet me and responds very comfortably. Of course, I haven't had any trouble yet ... Even if there is a time, it's encouraging to be a reliable person in charge. It was good to be able to purchase a car from Mr. Maekawa at Big Motor Nishinomiya store.

Of course, we also ask for a vehicle inspection, but I feel that it is a conscientious response without forcing it. The inside of the store is also well-cleaned, and the toilets are especially clean and comfortable. The education of female employees is also good, and it feels good to be kind and polite.
