スタッフは一流ばかりでIFBB PROが二人もいて、JBBFの日本一もいます。会員さんのレベルもほとんどガチ勢で見た目ヤバイ人が多く、そこらじゅうで裸でポージングが行われてて、ちょっと引きましたが、マナーは良く、しかも見た目と裏腹に礼儀が正しい。マシンはゴールドジムにはない、珍しいメーカーのマシンがあり、どれもしっかり入ります(筋肉に)。残念なのは、シャワー室が1室だけ、給水機がない、僕はいいんですが初心者の人は通いづらいです。プレートが足りず、他のマシンから持ってこないといけないのが残念

I visited as a visitor. I've heard rumors, but I was uncomfortable with a lot of joint training corps, shooting videos on my mobile phone. The correspondence of the machine and staff was good. In addition, the vegan fit Nesu (Mamo-san), who is famous in a bad way, was doing a lot of poses, so I got goose bumps. I asked the staff to be careful because it was unpleasant, but I was told that I could not be as strict as other gyms. (It seems that he has received complaints about several unpleasant poses against Mamo-san) If this is a home gym, the machine is good, but considering that there is a vegan fit every time, it can be quite stressful.
