Before the purchase, I explained it very carefully, but after the purchase, even if I contacted the person in charge of the condition of the car, it was swept appropriately and could not be handled. I explained that I would contact the person in charge because I did not know how to use it with a new car, so when I went to the store I was told that the person was out. . . The overweight woman who explained before the purchase responded to it instead, but I didn't know what I was trying to do because I was afraid that it was before the purchase. . .

Come to the store with the sound of braking. I ran a little in the parking lot and it didn't ring. No problem. Ended up in. Still, I was worried, so when I brought it to another Yanase system Benz, I was asked to replace the brake pads and discs at Melcare because it was exhausted. In addition, I received free replacement of oil, wiper and air conditioner filter. I felt that there was a difference in service even for the same Yanase and Benz. This store is useless. Even if you sell the same car, you don't want to buy the next car at a store with poor service. I don't want to buy it at this store, nor do I want it to be seen.

Until now Ibaraki (Yanase) had taken care of it, but if I came to Kita-Osaka (Stern) where I had no acquaintance with the stock of the color I wanted, I had stock and I took care of it here. Visited for G purchase. We have made a reservation for Melcone for great knowledge and a test ride, and the support is very good. I think that the response differs depending on the person in charge, but it was good to have a friend introduce me.
