One of my favorite bakeries in Hamamatsu. I like the chewy texture and flavor of hard bread. In addition, the skin of the bread is firm and chewy, and the inside is moist and has a gentle and chewy texture. The side dish bread and muffins are also luxurious, and I'm looking forward to having a special weekend breakfast. Stollen, which appears at Christmas time, is also popular. It's priced for everyday use, and sometimes the clerk's response is unfriendly (sometimes very friendly and kind!), So with 4 stars. When you drive, there is a parking lot in front of the shop where you can park a few cars.

Sometimes I saw it in the word of mouth, but I thought it looked delicious, and when I first went there, I was really crusty and surprised. Atmosphere that it is not ordinary, but it feels uncomfortable. I always wonder which one to buy, but I try not to stay long. I think that I was in the store for about 5 minutes, but the movement that I just said to be early ...I think that I'm sorry, but I gradually buy bread because the bread does not look delicious, but 3 When I bought one and left the shop, it made me feel like I wouldn't be here anymore... I'm sorry I had fun. Perhaps because I ate with this feeling, bread is more common than I usually go and muffins are expensive.

Last fall, I always bring lunch with me for lunch, but I forgot it, so I decided to stop by in the morning because my workplace is near. It seems that the former person was a regular customer, so wait for a while while chatting. It was autumn, so I bought sweet potato quiche and sure sandwich. The price is a little higher (maybe because of location, it may be a market price), but it was very delicious! The quiche is particularly satisfying because the sweetness of sweet potatoes and the crispness of the dough are exquisite. I also want to repeat if I have the opportunity.

There are many customers in a small shop and there must be many jobs that can only be done when there are no customers. Store operations are not free time without customers (I am not a restaurant but I have a store). Write the name of the bread one by one in one word of mouth. . But then, I think you should borrow a pen and write it yourself. In this era, I'm going to take photos. You can write because you are free! How did the person who writes in such a public place ask how, I think bread has a preference. But it is indispensable for breakfast and snacks at home. If you go there, you can see the taste and the staff are working hard. It's my favorite shop, though I've had some personal arguments. Parking, for sure, is still not used.
