Great personal training gym, easy access from Kagurazaka area. The experienced trainers have a lot of passion in helping you reach your goals physically and mentally. Really recommend. Check out the trial session. Getting my abs ready for the summer!

毎回楽しくトレーニングが出来るので、行くのが楽しみでした！自粛で運動不足、暴食が身につき動き出せずにいましたが通い始めた事をきっかけに見直し始めることが出来ました。制限が厳しくなくストレスがほぼなかったので大きなリバウンドの心配もないかと思います。家で実践できるものも多く教えて頂いたので今後も楽しんでトレーニング行っていきます！ありがとうございます。

This time, I experienced the session in the standard course. Mr. Okajima, who is in charge, came up with the menu and seriously supported the improvement of the body shape. Inside the gym, the nature is abundant, and I was very satisfied with the training environment in a very fashionable atmosphere. Thanks to this, muscle fat has been reduced and the flesh around the abdomen has improved. At first, due to the influence of corona, fat was conspicuous, but now it is no longer clean. I was able to lose 3 to 5 kg in weight. Thank you very much!

I felt that it was a gym for shape-up, not for people who want to get bigger. The trainer's response was good, but when I looked at my body, it wasn't convincing ...
