契約したらその場でGoogleの口コミを星5つで書くように指示があったり、アンケート用紙を渡されて、良い評価を書いてくれたら、従業員がディズニーランドに行けるので良い評価を書いてくださいと笑いながら言われました。従業員間の情報共有が出来ておらず、対応してくれる方が変わる度に同じ話をしなければなりません。入居後もマンションの設備が使えない旨をお伝えしても、使えるはずの一辺倒で、何も調べてくれず、結局エイブル側が設定していなかったため使えませんでした。従業員が若い人ばかりで、対応も雑で知識も浅くもう二度とこちらを利用したいとは思いません。
