40代半ばですが一年半通っている間に、ウエストが10cm細くなりました。常時肩こりで頭痛薬も飲んでいましたが飲む必要がなくなりました。背中の肉も落ち、肩甲骨が通常の状態で見えます。なにより、楽しいです。つらくありません。何もがんばりません。ボクシングからマイナス要素をすべて取り除いて、優しさと面白さと楽しさだけを残したようなジムです。続ければ続けるほど、体がボクシングになじんて来て体形がよくなります。ほんとにいいです。これからも通います。よろしくお願いします。

The atmosphere of the gym and the staff is very fun. The simplicity of being able to go quickly is attractive, and it seems that you can continue to go there without a sense of duty. The stiff shoulders that I have been acquainted with for many years are loosened from the core in the first few times, and I am surprised at the immediate effect! !! I thought that boxing fitness was good for physical fitness, but I felt that it was difficult to use because it was not operating according to the conditions (rules) I confirmed when I joined. ➢ The regular holiday is not one day a week (Thursday), but closed on Thursday and irregular on Monday. ➢ The number of holidays in a month with seasonal holidays is 10 days or more. ➢ No transfer business for temporary closures. ➢ Change business hours by temporary SNS notification, temporary closure. What I felt very negative: ➢ Changes in disadvantages for members such as operating conditions will be implemented within a sufficient period of time from notification.

Boxing is fun. I am a beginner, but I don't think there is a place where you can receive guidance at this level. The guidance is polite and easy to understand and tailored to that person. Mitting is very refreshing and relieves stress. In addition, the stiff shoulders that had been terrible for many years have been resolved in about one month. Until now, various resolutions have not improved, but boxing has been extremely effective. The action of hitting the punch is to move the back side of the shoulder blades and waist, so not only stiff shoulders but also back pain improved and the body became much easier. Until now, there was a stoic image of boxing, but it is a sport that anyone can enjoy. It ’s really fun.
