Large high quality choices at a price. Meat is however extremely pricey. Trying to buy a good price of beefsteak for less than 2000jpy is a challenge.

Peacock's prices are a little higher than most super markets, but it's clean and convenient to shop.

Westernized grocery store with some rare finds like Hawaiin Host candy and real peanut butter, not the overly sweet Japanese stuff or Skippy, but they have that too.

I often go there as it is close to my home. I'm sometime desperate finding a great obento. People take a great time before buying their lunch and retrun to their office, as food is very disapointing sometime. I meant the quality. and always the same type of food, every days, every weeks. Sometime they have good bento with beef, or unagi, but it's rare and on certain days. I love sushi and shashimi. But I never enjoyed it there. Lack of freshness. Veggies also lack of freshness. The meat is average. The good point is the cashier sales personn who are always very polite They have a good choice of foreign sweets, and processed food too. Yogurt choice is also good.
