The clerk's attitude is very bad. When I asked about the price of repairing shoes, it seemed to be a hassle, and he said, "It's 2000," without turning his face. When I go to pick it up, I put my shoes on the counter and pay. I was charged nearly 3,000 yen, but when I handed over the money, I just withdrew to the back of the store without saying anything.
Very unpleasant. I don't use it anymore.
The clerk is unfriendly. Are you sullen, or just want to talk to your favorite customers? I don't think it's an attitude to work anyway.
After requesting a fix and going to receive it, it was passed without confirmation of the fixed part. Even though it was formal clothes, there was something like paint. I will not use it again.
