When I bought cyclamen before and brought it home, the roots were full of mold. Immediately after I noticed it, I told the shop, but even immediately after purchasing it, I could not respond at all. After that, without knowing, the flowers I bought at another place were full of insects on the day I bought them, so when I contacted, I found that they were wholesale from this shop. I think there is a problem with flower quality control and above all, even when compared to nearby shops.
