Rented a 1st generation Alphard at a very good price. While the car is 14 yo, it is well-maintained and very comfortable and bring us across the whole Kyushu. The GPS works well and has English language, though some of the new roads were not updated. Some areas which can be improved is on the CDW for foreigners. The car rental is quite insistence on foreigners getting the CDW + NOC (around 1.6k yen per day) even though we have our own travel insurance to cover the excess and are prepared to pay the excess in the event of accident. Suggest to put in place certain procedures for foreigners with sufficient insurance coverage to do away with these CDW charges, especially for long period car rental.

I was looking for a one box car rental, but I think Coco is the cheapest. I made a reservation by phone but it was cheap so I was worried about what kind of car would be dispatched, but I was able to rent a beautiful new car. ‥ It might happen, but it was very nice to have a tea service for each person on departure and a snack service on the return. The staff was very responsive and I wanted to borrow it again.

I like 80 series VOXY and I can rent it cheaply, so I use this store almost. The procedure for renting can be done easily on the internet, so you can start smoothly on the day. The shop assistants always treat me with a smile, so I'm satisfied! I will be using this again.
