This is a gym with full-fledged facilities not found in the neighborhood. The great attraction is that you can do low oxygen training. I think that it is perfect for those who like marathon and long distance. Trainers are also excellent and gentle people, so I think that people who did not continue to the gym can continue. It is a gym that you will want to recommend to various people.

There are unmanned and manned hours, so it's suitable for both those who want to listen to explanations and those who want to do it silently. As of December 2019, the equipment is clean and comfortable to use. Since there is a low oxygen room (special rate), it may be good for people who are running marathons in earnest.
