There are plenty of clean studios, showers, powder rooms, and no waiting in line. In addition to hot yoga, there is moderate gym space and no time limits.
Yoga is not a reservation system, there is only one studio, but I think it is very convenient. The instructors are very kind, and there are various types of lessons, and last year I moved from another gym and the cost was cheaper. I am fully satisfied.
Although it was interrupted due to corona, measures are being taken and I am passing safely.
Hot yoga does not require advance reservations, so you can feel free to go around. There are many shower rooms, so I have no trouble using the shower.
Cleaning is also done on a regular basis and I am very happy to use it.
As for yoga, the menu changes flexibly depending on the mood of the instructor and the day of the week, so you can go without getting tired every week.
